All the bidders are listed as the number of bidder, ie: bidder1, bidder2 etc. Is this something new on ebay or is this particular to this seller? Seems to indicate a scam from the get go.

eBay just made that change. I think this model just opened up a whole new line of fraud.

I tried to contact alpinart (the winning bidder and I think a cafe regular) and eBay won't even let members contact the winners (i.e., after they're known). This is going to be the end of me and eBay. . . .

I emailed the seller and asked if they were made by Waverly or did they fit Waverly hole spacing. No response, but the auction is gone.
Looks like someone pulled the gold set. Hope they're done with that game.
