I have an ebony finger rest to mount on an A5 style mandolin. Does anybody know where to order the spring steel pins that are recommended to mount same?
Thanks!

I seen where some just use finishing nails. I use the posts from steel pop rivets. They are like 3mm.

Small plain steel nails with the head off is what has been used in past. [20s]
stainless is a bit more modern , and would be less prone to rust.
not that , hidden, #a tiny amount of rust detracts from function.
'spring steel' is a heat treatment procedure done to carbon steel.
