Wow,we've hit the big time! A buddy of mine (with a rather crude sense of humor) created a video from our song "I am an Armadillo" and posted it on You Tube.Go to You Tube and type Fugitive Poets in the search and check it out and give me some feedback.I'm playing the Fisch mandolin on that cut and it was a lot of fun to write.The song was inspired by the practice,out in West Texas,of stopping and putting a Lone Star,longneck,beer bottle in the hands of any hapless Armadillo you saw lying by the road.
I figured the Mandolin Cafe crowd would get a kick out of it. Alan

I enjoyed the video. I noticed you are from Baton Rouge. I am travelling there a day or two a month for the next year. 2 questions: where do you play/where do bluegrass acts play? and are there any intermediate level jams in Baton Rouge I might be able to attend when I am in town?
