I was looking up mandolin music on YouTube and discovered Anthony Hannigan. He has some instructional videos that include bits on crosspicking, double-stops, and three-finger chords. To an recreational mando plucker, these lessons are a very nice find. Just type in "mandolin instruction". On a side note, this guy is blazing on the mandolin. I feel lucky I can find this stuff on the net. Sometimes technology is nice.

Anthony is the mando player for the Hickory Project (website) (http://www.dint.com/THP/thp.htm) . He (the whole band actually) are very personable and friendly. He listened as my 3 year old at the time strummed a cheap mando at the Philly Folk fest. They have some good CDs. Sue Cunningham is a heck of a fiddler and David Cavage plays banjo very well. The whole group is fun to listen too.

He's posted some on the Cafe' to advert upcoming gigs etc.
