Monroe, Mccoury and Keith

On this CD, how come Bill Monroe called Bill Keith "Brad" Keith the whole time? Did he not like having another
"Bill" on stage? or was it Bill just didn't know his band? When Rinsler talks he calls him "Bill" Keith.

Bill always called him Brad cause there was only room in the band for one Bill.
