Saw Del last night, they killed!! I see Ronnie is playing either a Loar or Master model. Any details on that?
I allways liked the sound of his Gilcrist though...

I always liked his Gilchrist too, totally different sound than his Loar.
Oh well, I'm glad for Ronnie. He can keep that Loar until he gets tired of touring, sell it and buy a small island somewhere.

Saw the McCoury band last night in Rochester -- great show! My friend Bob Olyslager's local band, the Blue Ridge Country Ramblers, opened for them. BRCR have been playing together (with some personnel changes) for 49 years!
Ronnie M also played a mandola on one song; I wasn't sitting close enough to pick up the brand name. Anyone know?
