By this time ... everyone knows that Hardly Strictly Bluegrass (http://www.strictlybluegrass.com/) is happening this weekend in Golden Gate Park.
I've always been bummed about the lack of jamming there, but I understand too. So, I reserved the nearby Rob Hill Group Camp (http://www.nps.gov/archive/goga/camping/robhill.htm) for Sunday night. (I couldn't get Fri/Sat as the USGS beat me to it ... maybe next year)
I've been so busy as of late, that few of my friends know about this. So, it may be a lonesome evening on Rob Hill, but at the least myself and Renee will be there singing songs around the Big Fire.
Please join us Sunday evening if you'd like. There will likely be some other pickers around, and there will be a fire, some beverages ... but it's not going to be a wild party either. Good simple fun with good people and music.
If you are a traveler in town, and need a place to park an RV or such ... we are OK with up to 30 people staying over. Just please drop me a line so's I know. PM from here works fine.
Cheers,
- Mike ... in case you show up and just don't know how to pronounce "Benignus".
