Years ago I played a really cool jazz/blues tune the viper. I think it was a Cab Calloway tune. Something from the 30's. I can't remember the chord pattern. It's been about 30 years since I played, so don't blame the short term memory. lol It was jazzy chords I remember with a lot of 7ths. Anyone know this? Someone got a chord break down?

Is it "If You's a Viper"?
"Think about a reefer five foot long, not too fat and not too strong"
and
"When you mouth gits dry, you know you high"
I think I had an old Martin/Bogan/Armstrong of this, had some funky, out-of-tune mandolin on it.

no body ever answered this so i will.... the eazy non jazzed chords....
G-E-Am-D (a part)
B-E-A-D (b part)
i cant remember the chord name that i use to sub over the six chord its like a F half diminished or something, but its played like this on the guitar
G# on the low e skip a string F on the d string B on the g string and E on the b string
it could be a C#7-9 with the G# in the bass?
it could be a G#m6 with an aug 5
