Does anyone know of a good mandolin shop around the Houston area? I live in Houston and I'm yet to find a shop that sells a good mando.
Fuller Guitars has/had several Gibson models in stock: Fern,Sam Bush,Wayne Benson, Adam Steffey,F5G, etc.

fullers vintage guitar is just about all youve got in Houston for higher end mandos on display, you can get morgan monroe's at music go round, and guitar center says they take orders for weber, and gibson, and probably more.

Fullers is all I have found in Houston area. For the rest of Texas-bigger than a lot of countries-all I have found is Dale in Mineola. Dale is a great guy and is a dealer for Rigel, Breedlove and Mid Mo. Dale usually has used mandos about of various makes he has taken in trade of good quality and US made. Charley's Guitar in Dallas is getting into mandolins. Charley's is a dealer for Gibson, Weber and Collings.
