Has anyone purchased the new Edgar Meyer album? On this one he plays ALL of the instruments (but not at the same time http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif). I figure several aboard would have bought this album. I haven't picked it up yet.

I bought it, it's pretty good but had way more piano on it than I had expected...almost a piano album accompanied by bass and other instruments. The piano and bass do definitely rule the songs, and the others mildly support it, but you would expect this as bass and piano are Edgar's primary instruments, as far as I know that is...I like the album though, very mellow and expertly arranged.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll take a pass because of the piano dominance. I hear too much piano music already.
