I'm an intermediate banjo player in SLC looking to start a folk/bluegrass/acoustic group (guitar, fiddle, mandolin, etc.).
I'm looking for a mando player around the same level- who maybe know a few standards but want to hone their skills in a no-pressure situation. If the breakdown breaks down, we'll all start over from the top, know what I mean? No worries.
My ultimate goals are to improve my skills and pick on a regular basis, maybe once a week or once every two weeks, and get a nice set list together to play for friends or family when the opportunity arises.
So far we have banjo, guitar, bass and hopefully a fiddle player. Email me through my profile if you're interested.
