Yeah, Charlie does want to hear all comments!! I heard he has ole Harry Truman's little "The Buck Stops Here" sign on his desk.
I have stated before and will, of my own free will, testify to the high level of customer satisfaction and quality control that Charlie gives to his product.
Now, that doorman at the factory/showroom...<G> he is pretty cool also!!!
