I did a search, and as a result I don't think anyone has posted yet about Wolfgang's Vault, and incredible collection of stuff collected by Bill Gramham, the concert promotor. I'll warn you that the site mostly peddles memorabilia, but it also has "Vault Radio". It seems Graham taped almost all the concerts he organized!! The Vault has highlights from the concerts. They change the songs every week.
Here's the URL: http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/
Just click on "Vault Radio".
The story of how Wolfgang Grajonca bought Graham's company and landed a bonanza he never dramed of is pretty incredible too. See http://www.jambase.com/headsup.asp?storyID=7944
I only went to one Fillmore (East Concert). The headliner was Joni Mitchell, and the openers were Taj Mahal and Paul Butterfield Blues Band. Well at least I got there once.

I saw the story on CBS Sunday Morning a couple weeks ago. Browsed through the posters etc. for various bands. #Posted the (scanty) results for Bob Seger System /Bob Seger & Silver Bullet Band on the Segernet. Wondered if there was any audio or film of his couple of shows.
But if you collect live shows etc., the poster jpgs are great for home-grown CD booklets/tray cards.

With dial-up connection, listening to sound clips is far more aggravation (buffering, bufferting..) than it's worth.

Just listened to Traffic @ Fillmore East 1975. Innerestin version of Mr. Fantasy.
Winwood tore it up at the end on guitar. Now up is Carlos Santana in '68 @ Fillmore West.
I'll have to check it out when I'm feelin nostalgic. Far out man!

Wolfgang Grajonca is Bill Graham. The guy who bought the vault is named Bill Sagan.

Hmmm, think I was at the same show, in 1969. But I think you may have the lineup wrong: Taj Majal opened, followed by the James Cotton Blues Band, and headlined by Joni Mitchell (who only a year earlier was the opener for Arlo Guthrie at the Schaefer Music Festival in Central Park, admission $1.00 in those days!).
I'm certain of that, I went to _both_ shows both dates (Friday & Saturday), 'cause back then Joni was a real sweetie!

Didn't the Fillmore East close in 1971?
I didn't realize there were any shows there in 1975. Am I mistaken?
