I have not, but have often considered it. It seems like Steve is very knowledgeable about mando tweaking, as he is a violin luthier himself. I am hesitant to take my top mandolin there, only because I feel the luthier who made it knows what he is doing, and considered it a finished product when he sent it in for finishing. I just get nervous about the tweaking.
That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to have Steve do fret, nut, bridge, or any related work. I'm convinced he's knwoledgeable and would do a great job. I also look forward to getting to his shop sometime, hopefully to buy an Eastman F4 type mandolin.

My Eastman (purchased From Gianna Violins - where Steve works the Mandovoodoo)is great. Playability, intonation and the sound is very good and has garnered many complements from players far better than me. I can't say how it sounded before but the evidence from others on the board (search Mandovoodoo) is excellent.
