Greetings:
I just got my "Dandola" up and running. It appears to be an early Danelectro shop project, but who knows? Body is 12 1/2" at the lower bout; 7 3/4" at the upper bout; scale is approx. 19"; overall length is 32". Custom pick-up with what looks like bondo around the coils/body. Oh yes, the sides are white (or off-white as the case may be) with black stripes, the "vinyl-like material"just like the early Danos. Good news is it plays and sounds great (particularly after a new jack and pot...thanks to Tony Nobles).
Any information is appreciated.
