Well I talked on a previous thread the other day about the new love in my life -- the Collings MT custom I got.

Only one complaint: I really am not crazy about her case. I've been looking around, but it seems like all the decent cases -- Travelite for instance -- are for those snobby F style mandos that them rich folks own. Is it too much to ask to find a decent hardshell case, good for traveling and stalking the campsites and that has enough room in it for the strap, pack of strings and intellitouch tuner?!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Actually, you can't beat the value of a Travelite.

Yeah they look like great cases, but will they fit my Collings MT (A style)?

The Travelite TL-45 can hold either an A- or F-model that has a standard footprint.

My Mowry A lives in a snobby ole Travelite case --- and like its pretty darn good too!! You cannot beat them for portability and storage, and they are a terrific value too. You can find used ones and occasionally new ones for around $49.00 plus shipping. Lp

I've heard of people putting their Gibson Master Models in a Travelite Case...
If they would accomadate a short neck, I would have one...

I have a Travelite and it will hold either an F or A style...very good travel case.

My Travelite fits either my Givens A or my Old Wave A quite snugly, they actually move around less than in their A-style hardshell cases. Highly recommended. Congratulations on the Collings, they are hard to beat. Frank
