Hello everybody, My first post on this board although I have visited many times. Been building mandolins since 1998, and usually felt that I did not have "builedr" knowledge enough to participate . I probably still lack in many ways, but I'm working on mandolin # 22. Thanks to everyone who has unknowingly helped me over the years, and to Scott for providing such a great place for us to share.
So, Im here, still learning everyday.

There are people building their #1 from a the International Violins Kit who have shared their successes and mistakes with the board. #Don't feel you don't have anything to add. #At the very least hobby builders won't feel alone in their learning processes.
