Hi all, first post!
I just recieved my Rover RM75 and it looks like the tuner bushings are not flush with the headstock(not seated all the way). Any easy solutions for this problem?

Give 'em a push, and see if they go the rest of the way down. If not, and they are tight where they are, they should work fine.

(Tip: To push tuner bushings down, with strings on, you can use the bridge pin puller part of a common, plastic, guitar string winder.)

Thanks, I'll give that a try.

Ok, I detuned the string and pushed the bushing in flush with the headstock, but when I retune the bushing pulls out again. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it doesn't fit the hole.

I don't really recommend this, because it can get you into trouble if you're not familiar with working with these materials, but here's what I usually do:

Dip a Q-tip in superglue, and swab the inside of the tuner hole. let the glue dry completely, and try the bushing. Keep adding "coats" of glue 'til the bushing fits snugly, but goes in with thumb preasure.
If it gets too tight, or out of round, I use a reamer to adjust the hole size.

I had a Harmony Monterrey with loose tuner bushings for 30 years. It is a little annoying but it hurts nothing. Just be sure the strings don't get caught underneath the head of the bushing when you change them and tune up for the first time. You can live with it, believe me.
