For sale Mandolin
This hoss will carry the mail. Has more bark than a junkyard dog that just stripped the general Sherman.
Major chop
Last time it was played in a public place after 2 bluegrass songs there was 2 cords of wood stacked in the back of the hall. Like I say Major chop.
We played in London and they had to replace big ben's bell because it was plumb jealous of the sustain this little beauty pushes.
Action so sweet and low that all you have to do is think about touching the strings and clean chords pop slicker than a boiled onion.
A sunburst tobacco finish so real that you must be over 18 to light up er....play this smoker.
LLoyd Loar dreamed of mandolins like this.

I am a marketing consultant and I just wrote that for fun. There is a neat little "inside language" in the mandolin community!

This sweet mandolin will give banjo's an inferiority complex.
This fog lifter hollers when you want to and lands as soft as a butterfly with sore feet when you need that.
The solid west virginian spruce top has more definition than Arnold Swartznegger and the wood was cut down over 2000 years ago so it is well aged.
This baby has opened up like a dream date and just gets better with age.

This mandolin is so unique that you must qualify just to be in the running to license it. It really belongs to the mandolin Gods....you could...if your application is accepted...win the use license for a period of time. Do not be discouraged if your application is turned down. Only one person will be lucky enough to take this golden ax home...so apply now...chop chop.

Careful - Gibson or Breedlove or someone will be hiring you and pay you huge consultant fees. And then you can feed your M.A.S. with the additional revenue... http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Loyd Lore like mandolin for sale, just like the Gibbson played by Bill Monrow. #This mandolin sings like my ol coon dog, Ol' Dangerfield, in heat and the color is like my wonderful old rusted out Studabagga. #The paint is all scrapped off just like Bill's was. Playing this is like listening to WSM on the wireless radio. #Selling this because the revenuer is coming to get me.

C'mon you buncha amateurs... Everybody knows I've got the market cornered on ad copy "hype" and alleged product puffery.
(Warning: Professional stunt copywriter in closed conditions. Do not attempt this at home...)

I dunno... call me cynical, but if I saw that as a real ad, I'd consider it really creative and entertaining hyperbole, but would not really be interested in the mando. Seems to be trying so hard to impress that it seems to be compensating for something... like old bald guys driving around in slick red sports cars.
