Would like the chords, not necessarily the tab for Take....
I checked Mandozine I swear. Anyone? Any key will do.
Tanks.

The tab is on mandozine, but, as you said no chords. I do know that it used to be on one of the Jay Buckey sites. I took a look and it is no longer there. Im a bit of a beginner but if you want I could just list the cords in the order that they go?
G D G D E Am A D G D G C C#dim G A D G
Like I said, I really don't know if that helps or not.
Hope that it did.

Yours sounds right. I made an errant post just moments before you posted yours - and quickly deleted it to cover my mistakes... I strive to appear perfect online! http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I have chords from Don Stiernberg. Both, straight foward and jazz. I will try to find them this evening.
Anybody have "Meet the Mets". This seems like it would make a great banjo tune.

Thanks you all. I did a search on Mandozine that turned up nothing. I will try again. Found something on Google that may work but was basic basic. Jazzier is Good. Thanks

Wow, perfect. I don't know if I can work it into our bluegrass jam but it will keep me busy. I want to move it to D and do a medley with Hop a Fence, Wind that Shakes the Barley and some others.
