I have searched the web and I cant find them.
Not at Stew-Mac or anywhere else.

They are indeed available directly through Stew Mac, but you need to call them and place an order that takes weeks/months to receive since they make them in batches.

The base price with ebony or ivoroid buttons is $400 + shipping, and pearl buttons will cost more $75 more if my memory serves me correctly.

I ordered the set with ebony buttons for $400 a few weeks ago and they arrived in about 5 days.
