Well, this looked great sometime last night. #WEBER MANDOLIN (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7359414361&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1) but in the light of morning I am starting to wonder. #The listing was conflicted about where they would ship to, and when the seller "Mr Mindaudas Barzdukas" got in touch with me this morning with an E-mail that looks like one of the bad Nigerian phishing trips (all of the e**** material in raw HTML format)and a request for payment only by direct bank transfer my dreams of a a $1,200 yellowstone began to evaporate. #Sometimes I just hate mornings. #Of course, none of the rest of you would ever bid on something like this, but..... #

That was listed on UK Ebay a few days back. I was watching it as the price was so low (something like half the price you'd normally expect to pay in this country). I was a bit suspicious to be honest. Then it suddenly disappeared. Strangely, the user selling it then is now listed as the most recent feedback against the user selling it now, but not for the sale of that mandolin, which makes me even more suspicious. Hope that makes sense!

I know very little about Ebay, so don't take this as anything other than my instinctive impressions of what's going on.
