Well, My first attack of MAS.

Bought this beauty...just had to have it. 1920's Lyon & Healy Model C. Just got her today, have barely been able to put her down. Going to Dallas tomorrow and gonna have to leave her home. Too nervous to try to take her on the plane with me. Gonna take my Fender.

Anyway...I'm thinking maybe I should take this to a professional to hav it "set-up". Any thoughts....?

There is never a cure, you can only treat the disease. Outbreaks can occur at any time and may be transmitted to others even without outward symptoms. Get 'er set up by all means...and MAS is a bad thing...3 1/2 years playing mandolin and I've bought 10, still have 9, but will be thining the heard! Only to buy more...[B]

Hey Mike,

Just for your information , The Arlington guitar show [the oldest and largest in the nation ] is this weekend. Lots of other "stringy" sorts of things too.
