I want to put an abbreviated pickguard on my MT2. I emailed Collings and they suggested Cumberland Acoustic in Nashville. Looks to me by their site that they have a bound and an unbound (tortoise shell look) and I'm thinking the unbound would look better. Any other suggestions for where to get one? It seems to me the pins have to be a bit closer together because the fretboard extension on the Collings is shortened.
