..Gotta call tonite..the band Im with now has been asked to open for Joe Nichols, Darryl Whorley and Charlie Daniels....now this is some pretty big company to keep. The guy knows we are a bluegrass band and these acts are country heavy weights...but he wants us any whoo....just workin out the fine details now...like money...and how many sparkling waters and doritos our band require... http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif

That's more than a respected lineup to be included in man....way to go!! Is Charlie still burning it up these days? Last few times I saw or heard him, he was not quite as Acid Southern Rockish/Country, and more "bible thumpy", (sort of like the self appointed BIG MON Disciple) (No offense intended........to the "thumpers" ):D
AHHHHH Hamilton.....I was born there back if February of good ole 1969.
Break a leg Scotti!!

Me and my buddies went to a country bar one saturday night. We talked the management in to letting us play some bluegrass during the Country Bar band's intermission. About 3 bars into Fox on the Run, the DJ kicked on the PA, and the two stepping resumed. I think we had too many sparkling waters and doritos before hand.
Good Luck!
