I am back into the Flatiron Pancakes again, and bought a 94' MC2...how many here really like the Pancake Mandolin's and what they do? I'm a "Fan of the Pan." Later, dy.

I love my 1-N. Yes the old A2-Z is nice (actually great), but I could be happy with just the Flatiron.
