I guess a sucker is born every day but, does anybody actually respond to nonsense like this from a guy who has trouble spelling two consecutive words. I make a bid on the real deal and he will sell me one "just like it". I did reply to him and said that I have cash but he will have to deliver it in person after dark to the alley of MY choice. We'll see.

Start having fun with them. Let them think you are very interested, then drop the ball on the last minute. Ask them to send you pics. Ask if it has the hidden 9th string. Damn, Maybe I'll start busting this guys chops.

That sort of thing is becoming common place in the instruments section of ebay. I don't really bid on anything else but I'd imagine any high ticket item will be getting the same sort of "I've got one for way cheap" sorta offers. Its a shame! I wonder how many new and unsuspecting folks are tricked by there scams! Ebays fraud service is anal and they don't seem to put much effort into it even if ya do contact em....I guess there still makin money whether the mandolin ends up on your doorstep or not. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
