Any clues of what is on these? There is no playlist for either as yet? I am sure they are great but just curious...

Here's Tim's description from the Road Journal on his website:

"The record project became two projects - I started with a batch of old folk songs and wanted to feature a wide spectrum of vibes on them. There were also several originals that fit the theme. Everything kept working well, so I kept going with it and soon realized there was nearly two cds worth of great stuff there. So then I got to work and tweaked the song list and divided them up into two groups. One set features some funky electric guitar, some black gospel sounds, even a saxophone. It ventures into old country, bluegrass, and blues. The title to this one will be "Cornbread Nation." The other set of songs stays acoustic and will be called "Fiddler's Green." The people playing include John Doyle, Dirk Powell, Casey Driessen, Kenny Malone, Dennis Crouch, Charlie Cushman, Jerry Douglas, Edgar Meyer, Stuart Duncan, Kenny Vaughan, Dan Dugmore, Chris Thile, Seamus Egan, John Mock, Odessa Settles, Todd Suttles, Darrell Scott, Dan Tyminski, and Sam Levine. There's a few pieces with just me and a guitar or me and a fiddle. I'm almost ready to mix. If I meet the mix deadline, both cds will come out in September."

How Tim describes the character of each CD is fairly accurate. For me it's a good mix of new originals, old songs (including originals and covers) he's played for years but never recorded, and also a re-release of his instrumental Land's End!

Fiddler's Green:
01 Pretty Fair Maid In The Garden
02 Look Down That Lonesome Road
03 Fiddler's Green
04 Land's End/Chasin' Talon
05 Fair Flowers Of The Valley
06 Foreign Lander
07 Buffalo Skinners
08 First Snow
09 Train On The Island
10 Long Black Veil
11 A Few More Years
12 Early Morning Rain

Cornbread Nation:
01 Hold On
02 Moses
03 Cornbread Nation
04 The Foggy Foggy Dew
05 Let's Go Huntin'
06 Walkin' Boss
07 House Of The Risin' Sun
08 Runnin' Out Of Memory
09 Busted
10 California Blues
11 Boat Up The River
12 When This World Comes To An End
