Each month I look up estate auctions just to see if there are any mandolins that are being cataloged for sale. So, if you are in PA, here was is a nice listing of instruments.

Thanks for the note on the auction. The last one of his I went to was to witness the purchase of a 29' Fern for $29,000, of course there was the added buyers fee, etc. I did end up buying a nice early flat Brazilian rosewood and spruce mando for only $150.00. I guess everybody was too awed by the Fern. I recognized a lot of heavyweights at the auction and knew I was out of my league on the big buck stuff. It was still fun to play hooky that morning from work to attend.
*I haven't forgot about mudflap girl yet!

What are you looking at? I do not see anything listed for Sept 16th. i can't figure out where to find items.

Yeah, what can I say. You see a couple vintage instruments and you ignore all else in the haze of MAS. Sorry to get your hopes up.
