I'm still looking around for a new upgrade. I saw the Pavel Sucek in the eye candy section and thought they looked nice and whats better they dont cost an arm and a leg. Anyone whos played, seen, or heard one gimmi a little overview of what you think and how they would compare to other mandos in the price range. thanks.

Lookup a member named "Daikin" he's also owned one. He and I bought the first Sucek's to hit the States. Pavel's workmanship is excellent and his eye for beauty is outstanding. Mine was an oval-A and the tone was extraordinarily deep and rich; chords sounded like an orchestra. The neck was normal width and a little deeper and rounder. I'm sure yours will be a good value, uniquely attractive, and make you a proud owner. Pavel emails in English pretty well and will treat you honestly.
