Well it seems some do and some don't but the
supposed lady and her fiddle are a reflection in the left upper quadrant of the mandolin with the F hole being the fiddle.

I almost forgot this. Years ago Dan B made a little mandolin pictures available for wall paper. A friend of mine got hold of the F-5 version and this came out.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but...
The little doo-hickey at the bottom of the fractal? That's the scooped extension on my Siren. Actually that photo was taken of it "in the white". Steve Smith scooped the extension and then inlaid some wire to make it look more natural (kinda like on a Dudenbostal). Works great, looks great!
The mandos in the center kinda get too coarse pixel-wise to see clearly, but I like how they came out sort of swept out like that.

Thanks for posting this picture of the Eastman research and development department. An interesting shot taken when God visited us a few months back to give his final approval on the new oval f-styles. I think this picture (which also features one of our crack team of design engineers) shows our dedication to both quality and the pursuit of radical naturism. I would like to add however that this gentleman's endowments do not in any way reflect the general level of endowment present in other "members" of the staff here at Eastman.
