Whiskey for Breakfast Chords

I have no problem finding the tab, but I can't seem to find chords that fit when you are singing the entire song (the Mike Cross version in particular). Does anyone have the chords for singing it?

I have found chords, but the only refer to parts 1 and 2. Neither seems to fit with how it is sung. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure how Mike Cross sings it, but i've heard it sung as just an A part followed with a B (and not AA BB like it's played).

lemme see....the "A" part should go

Then the "B" part should (or could) go

D D D D Em Em A A
D A G D G D A D

These are merely suggestions...I sometimes throw a D# (Eb? huh?) in there as a slide up to the Em, and every now and then I will play that as an E7...If you really wanna get whacky, try harmonizing it in F# with doublestops.

It all depends on who you are playing with, what tempo you are at, and how comfy you are wit' da tune.
