Well I only spilled figurative beer on the server I suppose. Trouble with the hardware knocked us out for a couple hours off and on there.

I got drunk on figurative beer last week. Nice, but at £4/pint, it's pretty steep. Good job it does not give you headaches the next day.

Yeah, it was one of those hardware issues that takes a while to figure out. We've got it sorted.. I'll apply some software patches soon that enable it to deal with the same problem more gracefully if there's a next time!

I empathize with you; when my servers "hiccup" it doesn't affect as many people but I have a lot of uptight managers in my face! Keep up the good work.

In real life I run the LAN/Phones/Email/Intra/Internet for a ship of 300+ and if it hicups even for 5 seconds I got phones ringing off the hook. and boy can those cheifs and officer yell, it feals like I am back in boot camp at times.
