Thanks WBT, I've tried several chord generators to no avail. #Something tells me that the only way to play the Cmaj11 on Mando is to throw in a B-Sharp!
I'll try out your C11 in the meantime...

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest the CMaj11 chord might be either a misnomer or a mistake.
The general "convention" is to use the 11 (or 4th) when voiced as a +11, or F#. This also infers the lower extentions of the possiblities (simulatneous) of 7th and 11th.
Another way to write or imply this is in the "sus" voicings, where the 4th is added to just a straight triad, or more accurately, replacing the 3rd.
It's unusual to use an unaltered 11th (F in this case) with the "Maj" here, as it doesn't particularly voice will with the implied B and D. It's kind of a "chalky" chord.
All this to say I think the composer is intending to express something other than what is written. This is not uncommon, as many "conventions" in Pop music aren't particularly academic.
Context is key here; I'd be curious what the surrounding chords are. It could be a less experienced transcriber (or composer) has something else in mind. This is probably why you are not able to find it in a "chord generator."
Stay tuned, others might have opinions.
