Sinister horror pieces

I was watching the start of a horror film yesterday and the start of it included very sinister minor piece using the higher registery of a piano. I started to wonder if any similar pieces work well on the mandolin? Does anyone have any recommendations of any minor horror movie-esque pieces that work well on the mandolin?

The alternative tuning of Mr. Bill's "My Last Days on Earth", sounds like it's straight from a horror movie. You can almost vision Bela Lugosi hiding right around a corner. Fun to play too.
