If I were to sit down, and write out some requirements for an "Ultimate Bluegrass" A body mando, what would I be looking for.....Radius board, wide neck, top/back/side wood, and bracing...fill me in please, dy.

Excuse me, but your're asking an intellectual question, and IMHO, the choice of an instrument should be made with the heart, more than the head. There are many intangables that can't be analysed. But sometimes when you pick up an instrument, it just seems right for you, and often you can't explain why.
I suggest you try out as many different mandolins as possible, both new and used, and when you find one that you really like on a purely subjective level, you buy that specific one, not one that's "just like it" that will in fact be completely different.
