View Full Version : Mando Wall Chart
I just bought a couple of those "Mel Bay's Mandolin Wall Chart (s)." # I put that name in quotes because that is exactly what it says right in the upper right corner, using up about 20% of the whole chart, telling you what you own. #Sort of like having a U.S. wall map with the words "Acme US MAP" printed across New England.
Anyway, the chart isn't bad, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a better one--better colors, better design, larger print, etc.
Anyone?

Cover the mel bay part up with a picture of your favorite hooters girl.

It's not that the Mel Bay part covers anything up, it's just that it's wasted space to me. I don't need the advertising (now that I own it), and the chord diagrams could have been bigger if they'd used that corner for information instead of logos. In fact, the Mel Bay info appear in THREE places on the chart, all a waste of good space, IMO.

Cut off the ads and take it to Kinkos (we have a famous one here in Abilene!) and get an enlarged color copy. Send Mel Bay the $2 invoice for having it done right.
