Went to a Newcomers Home concert in Ft. Collins last weekend. #A fairly well known band out west, that has a couple of CD's out with six talented musicians and an extremely talented lead vocalist. #The shock of the show #however, was the oppening act "Whitewater Ramble". #They rocked with a funky bluegrass/rock/jazz/swing mix that was cool. #Furthermore their mandolin player/lead vocalists just rocked his Mando, his name was Patrick Sites. #Maybe he is well known and I have just not heard him before, but he really stole the show. Anyway, if you get a chance to hear them, or Newcomers Home, make the trip.
