If this is not an appropriate post you can delete it right away. About a year ago, early late November 2002 I ordered a used Zeta electric mandolin from the attic. I got it but did not like it so I returned it. They recieved it early December 2002. I told them to credit my credit card, I didn't renew the card by the end of December and as it turned out they hadn't credit it. So here I am... no refund as yet. They keep telling me they will deal with it, check in the mail and stuff. I just want my money back. I've been patient, but I'm feeling I will never get my money back. Ive called number of times and they never get back. Has anyone have similar problems and how did you deal with it?
