I recognize Alison Krauss and the Nickel Creek kids (although Thile has the guitar and Sean has the mando)...
That's Byron Berline (and maybe his Dad) and Tim Stafford in the back row.

That's Gabe Witcher, as indicated in the caption. He's good friends with the NC'ers. He usually plays with Sean and Sara at their semi-regular "Watkins Family Hour" shows at Largo in L.A.
