Hi Friends!

I just got done chatting with a guy from Janet Davis music concerning said subject. #He said that the Kentucky 250s is listed from the dealer catelog as having a radiused fretboard. #

I have also seen ebay sellers like "The mandolin Store" claiming that they have a radiused fretboard.

Then I asked Elderly Instruments, and they said that the 250s is not radiused. #

Could someone give me the real deal so I don't go buying one expecting something that may not exist?

Thanks Very Much!

Al

On the Saga website, only the 650 is advertised as having a radiused fretboard

I contacted Saga about this a while back, and they said it now comes with a radiused fretboard, but hadn't yet updated their web site. I understand, however, that the radius is very slight, but nevertheless, it appears to be the least expensive mandolin on the market with a radiused fretboard.

I've played one, and it had a slight radius. In my view this is the nicest starter-priced A style out there!

Must be the new ones, my old Japanese made 250S has a flat fretboard.
