Some friends and I went to the show, and had an absolute blast. They are a talented group of musicians, with very strong vocals and tight harmonies. The diversity in the band's musical tastes and styles make it fun for everyone. They played a great version of Vincent Black Lightning, one of my favorite songs. Jerome, thanks for letting me check out your Paganoni mandolin, hope my drool didn't hurt the finish any http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Go check out The Parsons if you get a chance, you'll have a good time. http://www.theparsons.info

All that PLUS extraordinarily nice people. #My trio had the pleasure of opening for them one night at Six String, and later in the year we did a double bill. #We've gotten to be good friends and I'm VERY glad!

thanks darren,
yeah, we had a good time as usual. something about playing for people who are LISTENING makes it a lot more fun and rewarding, so we always like playing @ the six string.
i'm glad i posted the show here on the forum, i always like to know whats going on of interest in the mando community, hopefully, they'll start a new topic with regional shows.
