look close, they are charlie johnson's pics. the stand, the grass, the background, all charlie's. i have e-mailed him that someone has hi-jacked his pics.

I contacted good old Ted through eBay and he really went for it. He emailed me two times today asking if I really want the F5L or not. I told him I heard the pix were hijacked, so let's see if he has his usual eloquent reply.

Why does this guy have to have such a funny name? The first time I encounterd this name it was dealing with a lawyer. The name cracked me up then. I shouldn't throw stones at a name though, you can't believe how many times I am called Homer or Bart!

Big Ted got back in touch with me, and he claims that he used Charles Johnson's pix because he bought the mandolin from him, for $4200, and he is selling it for $3700. He went on to say: "I am sorry, sorry sorry and please tell everyone on MC also. They are all such a great group of guys. I am really ashamed of myself and should be banned from the internet. What a terrible person I am. I am just no good. Bad, bad me. I am so glad you brought this to my attention. I wouldn't want to take advantage of anyone and sell them this Gibson for $3700. It is just another one of my mistakes, mistakes, mistakes. I need help. Do you know anyone on MC who could help me. I am so bad, bad, bad. Sorry for all the problems I have caused you. Sorry, so sorry." He signed it "Terrible Ted." I apologize for the length of this post, but Ted cracks me up. Frank

One thing Ted is not, and that's a quitter. After yesterday's long and sarcastic reply from him, he sent me an email today with just one word - "$3700?" The man really wants to sell that mandolin.
Ask him if he wants to sell his Gibson Doyle Lawson mando !
Ted wants to buy my Master. Lets see what happens and if he comes thru. I told him all sales final and must pay in postal moneys order first. We will see if he can redeem himself. He says he is sending the money. He has untill Friday to get me the money. I will post what happens.
