I posted before asking if there was an over the shoulder bag that would inclose my mando case. My mando is #A Weber F style mando and case. Where can I obtain such a bag that I can carry over the shoulder as is traveling on a plane & airports. ?

try a small dog case cover or a colorado case cover. fqms.com carries the colorado. it is about $110.
Not a gig bag, but I have found a travelite case excellent for what you are trying to do.

Get a triple tennis racquet case. It fits a shaped mando case perfectly, costs way less for similar quality workmanship (only about $30-$40), there are a bunch of different styles to choose from and you will get fewer stupid questions from fellow passengers.
