Description:	1921 Gibson "A" mandolin. I bought this instrument from the original owner's estate. It is absolutely original and shows significant cosmetic wear. No attempt has been made to modify or refinish. The original owner got it new in 1921 and was said to have played it until his 80's. It shows. The original case is very rough but still protects the instrument. The sound is nice and there is no damage of consequence, says my local luthier. The neck is straight. Frets show original wear as well. Label is in pencil but is clearly legible. A nice little piece of history for a very good price. Please call to inspect. Snellville, GA $850. firm.
